Fearless Wellness is a lighthearted community, based on the belief that each of us has the ability to find our unique better path to good health and improve our Healthspan.


 The body is complex, but simple lifestyle habits can prevent or reverse chronic disease. One of the key habits is making space for humor and joy, and not taking ourselves too seriously, so we strive to do that while looking at serious science and evidence.

 It is challenging to find our best route to health in the land of TMI (too much information) and TMC (too many choices). We discuss the many facets of health and wellness to provide information and ideas you can explore.

 If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live? It’s never too soon or too late.
