We have been warned for years to have a supply of food, water, medicines, know where our important documents are in case of an emergency. These warnings come because the rescuers may not be able to get to us for days or longer.
What are you doing to take care of your health? There is no rescuer coming to take care of how you eat, how much you exercise, what you do to take care of your brain and your immune system.
