Five minutes of mindfulness can move you toward improved healthspan, every day would be great, starting with just for today would be a terrific place to start.
Try this if you are not familiar with mindfulness:
1. set a timer for 5 minutes
2. Focus on the image, notice the colors and shapes, and try not to tell yourself stories about them, just notice- let yourself be in the picture
3. Stay with it for five minutes and notice how you feel.
