Our bodies have powerful systems to thrive, regenerate and repair. Many of these systems are supported by eating nourishing food, movement, rest, and mind body effects.
They can be hindered by excesses and lack- processed foods instead of whole food, carbohydrate instead of protein, etc.
One healthy behavior change can be the catalyst to move into actions that promote Healthspan. A few small changes can feel so good, they provide the momentum for meaningful change.
Today is summer solstice, the longest daylight of the year in the northern hemisphere- a great day to take that first step.

Take the time to nurture relationships and establish new ones. It's easy to let time slip by and lose touch.. We support our communities and they support us
Nature follows cycles whether we are watching or not. These salmon know where they are going. I invite you to sit mindfully with them , and if you wish, share what that is like.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
