Self love can nourish your nervous system; like anything else it takes practice. It is easy to fall into the habit of listening to an inner critic, or the voice of a judgmental person from past or present. Like any habit it can be changed. Try talking to yourself like you talk to a dear friend- support and cherish, start with today, and do it again tomorrow.
