You can't exercise away a poor diet, and you can't achieve optimal wellness unless your body is able to function as designed. In other words, toxins, lack of sleep, highly processed diet and sedentary life style will keep you from the wellness that feels so good. Medicines, no matter if they are supplements or prescriptions, can't overcome bad habits.
Take the time to nurture relationships and establish new ones. It's easy to let time slip by and lose touch.. We support our communities and they support us
Nature follows cycles whether we are watching or not. These salmon know where they are going. I invite you to sit mindfully with them , and if you wish, share what that is like.

It's summer- it's hot- in the southwest it's very hot, in the far north, the end of the mild weather is in sight.. This song evokes the freedom of summer. Whether its pleasant or not, weather eventually changes; might was well enjoy it!

Our brains and the nervous system that connects it works 24/7 from our first to last breath. It is designed to keep going, but not for the continuous stimulation of the 21st century. It is easy to forget what calm and not activated really feels like, but if you give it a try, you will likely remember how wonderful that is. A couple ways to do that:
Gaze at this image for a few minutes, and feel what it would be like to be there physically- don't think about anything else.
Do 3 cycles of box breathing, focusing only on breathing.
Try a yoga nidra session.
