Nature follows cycles whether we are watching or not. These salmon know where they are going. I invite you to sit mindfully with them , and if you wish, share what that is like.

If you sit for long periods during the day, getting up purposefully and frequently and using the large muscles in your legs improves productivity, and can decrease feelings of tightness and fatigue

It's so easy to get absorbed or distracted and forget the power of a deep breath. Holding our breath, or shallow breathing for long periods decreases resiliency and increases stress.

You can make an impact on aging by decreasing inflammation

Some people think that inflammaging refers to the damages of time; it actually is the INCREASE in the rate of aging by inflammatory factors.
Removing sources of inflammation helps- that is, eating anti inflammatory foods- first step, stop eating ultra processed foods, second step eat more wild alaska salmon and other wild cold water fish, third step increase leafy greens, fourth step decrease exposure to toxins.
Obviously, you can do these steps in any order, but these give big returns.
