Time passes so quickly, we can miss the transitions from one season to another as we are distracted by many events of daily life. As we start a new month, this could be a good time to pause, and reflect on how we spend our time, and is it serving us well.
Taking a little quiet time, purposefully pondering about what we are doing that is beneficial, and what is frittering away the one resource that is not replaceable- time….. imagine what we might find!
Take the time to nurture relationships and establish new ones. It's easy to let time slip by and lose touch.. We support our communities and they support us
Nature follows cycles whether we are watching or not. These salmon know where they are going. I invite you to sit mindfully with them , and if you wish, share what that is like.
