The night sky is filled with stars and planets whether we see them or not.
We know ways to support intrinsic body processes, it is also important to not do things that are harmful. Everything we eat, inhale, see or hear impacts our biology.
Some basics to consider:
Eat healthy food
Spend time with positive people
Drink clean water
Take breaks (long ones) from social media and the news
Move around all day
sleep 7-8 hours/night
As we prepare to end 2022 and start fresh in 2023, it's a good time to think about the positive and negative things we do.
Take the time to nurture relationships and establish new ones. It's easy to let time slip by and lose touch.. We support our communities and they support us
Nature follows cycles whether we are watching or not. These salmon know where they are going. I invite you to sit mindfully with them , and if you wish, share what that is like.
