IIt’s clear that your 1 best ally for health is your own body.

It is up to us to learn how to listen to messages , and perform ongoing maintenance so our body’s systems can keep us healthy and protect us from our environment.
I started Fearless Wellness in 2013, with the goal of helping people stay out of the health care system, by making the small changes that add up to promote health. This is more important now than ever. The past 18 months has taught us that what we do, what we eat, and how we approach our daily lives is our responsibility, and the most important thing to do to be well.
If you have not already done so, PLEASE- have your vitamin D level checked. In the integrated health world, we have been encouraging people to do this for years. We now have more and more compelling data on what contributes to low Vitamin D and the impact this has on health.
There is more to Vitamin D supplementation than just going to store and buying Vitamin D-
First step- find out your level. (Pro Tip: because Vitamin D is fat soluble, it is possible to take too much, and that is a bad idea).

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.

Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
